Some places don’t just shift your perspective. They hand you a whole new lens.
Join us for a week on Morocco’s Atlantic coast, where the ocean meets the desert, and each day is steeped in intention. Through yoga, surf, and the sensory richness of Moroccan culture, you’ll move beyond your comfort zone to meet parts of yourself that are ready to expand.
This retreat is for you if you crave color and contrast. If you’re ready to move through the world with curiosity and courage. If you’re ready to explore a new place, and a new rhythm.
About the retreat
Wild Horizons is a yoga and surf retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your sense of adventure. Held at a private villa on Morocco’s Atlantic coast, this experience invites you to slow down, look deeper, and say, “Yes!” to the untamed parts of yourself.
This retreat is full of flavor, energy, and meaning. Days begin with yoga and breathwork, followed by surf lessons and afternoons at the beach. You’ll explore the Agadir souk, visit an argan oil cooperative, and take a trip to the sand dunes. Vibrant vegetarian meals made with local ingredients are served at community tables overlooking the sea. You’ll share laughter and stories at a Moroccan BBQ, and find stillness through yoga and meditation in the rooftop shala as the light fades across the horizon.
No yoga or surf experience is required. Just a willingness to show up as you are. We’ll provide the lessons, the movement, the magic, and the space. You bring the rest.
Come as you are. Leave with more of yourself.

Morocco is a developing country that offers different foods, water, bacteria, and climate that you may not be used to. By taking some sensible precautions, you can help reduce the risk of getting an upset stomach which often occurs when traveling to rural areas in developing countries. Tipping is customary in Morocco as it supplements wages for hospitality and service workers and is a sign of gratitude for good service. While not mandatory, it is a customary part of the culture, especially in restaurants, cafes, hotels, and for guides. Tipping is always at your discretion, but it will be helpful to have small denominations of Moroccan dirhams (like 10, 20, or 50) to give for tips if you’d like.

The winter months in Sacred Valley are sunny and dry. After sunset, it gets cold enough for a sweater or jacket. Since weather can change dramatically at high altitude, it is always wise to have a hat, rain/wind jacket and a few layers. Frost occurs only rarely.
Be prepared for relatively high elevations. Approximate elevations above sea-level: Willka T’ika’s 9,420 feet, Cusco’s 11,150 feet, Machu Picchu 7,800 feet
