Chelsea Aldrich is a 500-hour experienced yoga teacher, registered prenatal yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and forever student. She tried yoga for the first time in 2009 and became committed to her practice in 2013 to heal herself from past traumas. She received her first 200-hour yoga teacher training certification with emphasis in alignment-based and restorative yoga in 2016, her second 200 hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa/Creative Sequencing in 2018, and her 300-hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa in 2019. She has since gone on to certify in aerial yoga, Buti Mvmnt, MFR Yoga, Yin yoga, Reiki Level I, and Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling. She enjoys helping others find physical and emotional homeostasis through movement medicine and other holistic practices.

Chelsea is a former yoga studio owner and takes everything she has learned from that experience about creating community into any shared space she is fortunate enough to be in. She believes that healing happens from the inside out and is only amplified when we surround ourselves with others on a mission to become their best selves, too. She loves meeting new people and finding out their “why” so she can help guide them in the direction of meeting the truest versions of themselves. Nothing fills Chelsea’s cup more than watching people come home to themselves and step away from the mat with a deeper sense of knowing and a more decided sense of self-worth.

When Chelsea is not sharing her movement with others, she can be found spending quality time with her husband, Mark, her daughter, Iley, and their four furry family members. She enjoys spending her alone time in nature, creating, discovering new music, traveling, and reading. She hopes to share space and grow with you sometime soon!
