Join us for a 5-night luxury wellness retreat on Portugal's coast. The southwest tip of the Algarve was once called “O fim do mundo,” or “The end of the world.” It's still that kind of place, where the map runs out and what comes next is up to you.
This retreat is for people who are ready to expand. If you’re ready to grow, explore, test your limits, and take the next steps in your life or profession, but aren't quite sure yet what that looks like or how to begin, this retreat is for you. This is a space for connection, clarity, and inspiration.
About the retreat
Join us for this five night/six day luxury retreat on the southwest coast of Portugal. We'll explore expansion, edge, recovery, and the inner work that surfaces when you're ready to move but not yet sure where.
Practice yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork) with Megan Bettis in a glass-walled yoga shala, surrounded by Italian gardens. Test your limits and build strength and endurance with fitness instructor, Nicole Boddington. Hike the wild Algarve cliffs, take a boat trip and swim into sea caves, enjoy dinner at a clifftop restaurant above the Atlantic.
Meals are simple, tasty, seasonal, and local. Produce comes from the property's own gardens when possible, and from the freshest local growers in the Algarve. Meals lean vegetarian, with fresh herbs and fruit from the grounds and the occasional locally caught barbecued sea bass.
Between movement sessions, workshops, and excursions, you’ll have plenty of time to relax. Our private sanctuary for the week is set within 10,000 square meters of lush botanical gardens, where sweeping ocean views meet the timeless charm of an elegant eight-bedroom country house. Enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, barrel sauna, outdoor giant chess set, pétanque, massage cabin, and multi-level terrace with numerous spots to unwind.
Leave stronger in body, clearer in mind, and fuller in spirit with practices that fit into your real life.
For anyone ready to expand. All levels welcome.

For Portugal, you need a Type F or Type C plug adapter. These are standard European, two-pin, round-pronged plugs.
If your devices are not European standard, you will need an adapter. Most modern electronics (phones, laptops) are dual-voltage (100-240V), but high-power devices like hair dryers may need a converter if they are not dual-voltage.

Portugal accepts euros and most major credit cards (Visa, but not always AmEx and Discover). I recommend getting euros at the airport for tips, honesty bar, etc.
-
While not expected, small tips are appreciated for good service, usually ranging from rounding up the bill to 5–10% for exceptional service. Cash is preferred for tips to ensure staff receive it directly.
For cafes and casual meals, rounding up to the nearest euro or adding €1–€2 is common, while 5-10% is considered generous for good service in restaurants. If a "serviço" charge is included on the bill, no extra tip is required.
For taxis/rideshares, it is standard to round up the fare to the nearest euro or add 10% - especially if they help with luggage.
